  4. •The lake will still be warm enough to take a swim

We recommend that you book soon for your vacation,

as prime weeks often book well in advance.


Rates shown below are for the 2010 rental season.  There are no additional handling or cleaning fees; however, a 4% county Lodging Tax will be added.   An initial deposit of half the rental rate is due upon booking; the remainder must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. 


Weekly rentals during the summer season generally run Saturday to Saturday.  A three day minimum is preferred; long-term rentals may be available.  Call for more information.


Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 10 AM.
